From idea to launch
Bess creator Christy Mack has come to know many artists through her work. All too often she experiences how hard it can be for artists to get their work seen.
In response, Christy began canvasing museums, galleries, studios, and public spaces throughout the US and Canada and capturing artist work. She shared the artwork under a personal initiative she coined @cmackforart on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
To date, Christy has raised awareness of more than 250 artists addressing the social, cultural, political, and environmental issues of our time.
